Our organic single variety, single estate extra virgin olive oil is produced from a certified organic olive grove in Pissouri village, Limassol very close to the olive mill. The handpicked olives are taken directly after harvest to the mill and they are cold pressed during the same day.
The olive oil is bright green in colour and very aromatic. It has a fresh, fruity flavour and it is best used raw over fresh salads or as a dip.
